Oto is an app-based tinnitus program delivered through your audiologist. It provides an adjustable sound library, daily audio sessions covering education, relaxation and mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral techniques, alongside progress your clinician can review at follow-up.

1. Your audiologist recommends Oto and sets up your program. 2. You complete a brief questionnaire so the app can tailor content to your needs. 3. You use the sound library and daily 10-minute audio sessions at home. 4. Your audiologist reviews the progress you report and adjusts your follow-up support.

Oto is the subject of independent academic research, including randomized controlled trials at the University of Cambridge and Flinders University, and real-world evaluation with the NHS. Trial registrations, protocols and published papers are listed on joinoto.com/research.
