Who is Oto for? Which patients are suitable?
Any patient with persistent and bothersome tinnitus. You can enrol new or existing patients.
How do I enrol a patient and how long does it take?
From your dashboard, enrol in a few clicks. Do it in-clinic; the patient gets their login by email. It takes under 10 minutes.
What does the patient do at home?
Ten minutes a day of CBT-based audio sessions and sound tools, plus simple sleep and relaxation techniques.
What outcomes should I expect?
Clinical trials show TFI improvements from 1 month, sustained at 12 months. You can monitor progress in real time.

How do I track patient progress?
Your dashboard shows live reports of sessions completed, sounds used, and TFI trends on clear graphs. Oto collects TFIs for you.
When should I review patients?
We recommend reviews at 4 weeks and 12 weeks as a minimum.
Do I need special training to start?
We provide an e-learning course with free CEUs, 1-to-1 onboarding and setup, marketing materials, and dedicated support.
Can multiple clinicians use the same account?
Yes. We support multi-clinician teams with role-based access (admin, clinician, assistant).
Does Oto replace clinical care?
No. Oto complements your care. It gives patients skills to use between visits while you guide their plan.
Can I use Oto alongside hearing aids, counselling, or sound therapy?
Yes. Oto is designed to fit alongside existing tinnitus management plans.
Can patients access Oto without a provider?
US: Patients can only use Oto through a provider.
Rest of world: Patients can start through a provider or directly at home.
Is Oto HIPAA compliant?
Yes. We'll send you a signed BAA as part of the onboarding so you don't have to.
Do you offer marketing support?
Yes. You’ll get a physician marketing one-pager, logo lockups, patient brochures, social media posts, waiting-room slides, and website copy blocks.
Do you integrate with my EHR?
